Many Thanks

There have been so many people who have helped me along the way. I can't possibly list them all here but I will give it a try. If I do happen to not mention it charge it to my head and not my heart.

First I would like to thank all the people who offered me support in any way through this process.  I need to recognize my mother for raising me and teaching me that life isn't always fair but fight anyway.

My aunts Rose, Arleene, Cilla, and Jerry. I never thought in my adult years you guys would be my best friends. Your friendships mean the world to me.

To my Fed support clique Janice, Sharon, Anita, Phyllis, and Kory. You guys know you rock. Roderic thanks for always telling me I have a way with words. Ms. Shay thank you for your words of faith when I needed them most.

My grandparents Hattie and David Sermons who gave me moral stability and spiritual direction.

Aunt Lucy I love you for first giving me a love of reading and my Grandama Foster who always called me her star. PJ for all the amusement park memories. Some the best a niece could have.

My homegirl Tangelika Bolen author of Sensations and Justifiable Behavior. You reached out to me and helped me find my path with this first book. I'll never forget that.

I know this sounds crazy but I need to thank all of my haters. All of you who wanted to see me fail or tried to take the joy out of this. You made me stronger. You can't stop my star from rising. You never could.
